So my parents run a Bed & Breakfast that caters to guests who have dietary restrictions including Celiac Disease. It's in the middle of town. They have an acre and a third and a bunch of chickens... Check out the website.

Allow me a few days to get this blog populated. Today is Monday, June 15th. Feel free to prod me as time slips away... I have a ton of content, I just have to take a moment and make about 30 posts. That's daunting.

Meanwhile, I am going to stroll to my kitchen to make myself some gluten-free granola from the new Whole Foods in Austin mixed with home-made yogurt. This is the first time I have ever made yogurt, so wish me luck...
